Mission Statement
A healthy, fulfilled and abundant lifestyle is both a commitment and a journey. My purpose is to help you not only achieve your goals of health and well-being but to also assist you on your spiritual journey of growth and healing.
I am an Intuitive and Psychic Healer as well as a licensed Massage Therapist. I am 'trained' in Subtle-body Energy Healing techniques, Mind-body Visualization and multiple modalities of Massage Therapy (see below). I will also help you get in touch with and learn to seek guidance from your Guides and Angels.
I am your EnergyTechnician, balancing Chakras, clearing blocks, connecting your mind, body and spirit.
"Massage Therapy" (can we get an ahhhhhh). Research indicates massage therapy has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion, muscle soreness/stiffness, flexibility, overall health, mood, fatigue, sleep patterns and headaches. When utilized on a regular basis, it has also been shown to improve or alleviate anxiety and depression as well as joint and/or muscle pain from strenuous workouts, symptoms of repetitive strain injury, tendinitis, arthritis discomfort, fibromyalgia, lupus, just to name a few. (There are so many!)
Along with the physical body, energy healers recognize the existence and importance of a non-physical or "subtle" body.
The term "Energy Healing", "Energy Work" or "Intuitive Healing",refers to many philosophies and methodologies that recognize a balanced flow of energy "Chi" or "Qi" (pronounced "Che") in the body as a primary source of health and wellness. When your energy, or "Qi" is in harmony, you are in a natural state of physical and emotional well-being. When your energy is out of balance, various symptoms of dis-ease, discomfort, and disorder can arise. That being said, For me, my definition is the ability to see and read the energy field surrounding the body, including the chakras, and clear or make adjustments to that field (and/or chakra) to bring about balance or health in the mind, spirit or body. Energy Healing (subtle-body) and Mind-body Healing (visualization, meditation, guided-imagery) will lead you on a journey to your authentic self. It can and will direct you on a path to a more harmonious, prosperous and healthy life.
